To follow up with the prospects and close them by follow-up process (coordinating with the team). 
Taking the requirements of the clients and updating the inventory simultaneously.
Matching the requirements of the leads with the available options of the property. 
Calling warm leads to the office, meeting them and guiding the field executive in visits. 
To meet and greet (walkins). 

Required Skills: Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word is must. Good hand-on computers.

Work Mode: WFO+Field

Office Location: Nipania, Indore

Pre-requisites - 
Being presentable, humble, good in communicating, open to learn and adopting to office culture. 

Timing and commitment 
11AM to 6.30PM(30 mins break), Monday to Saturday.

Minimum 4-6 months commitment period. 

Induction training will be provided in the first 3-4 days of joining the Internship, which is compulsory to attend. ‘Indore Property Biz’ will invest time and resources in training and grooming of the candidates, hence would expect utmost sincerity in the work.

Stipend - Rs.5,000/- per month. Plus some incentive, on the overall good performance of the candidate.
